Becoming a Patient.
Once you become a patient, the first thing we’ll do is identify the problem and the causes. The goal is to heal and prevent the pain from reoccurring. Common treatments we most often prescribe are acupuncture and massage therapy. We could prescribe pills, but as an athlete, you need to be kept in the game. Alternative methods are often better options for managing pain.
Then we’ll show you exercises you can do at home. You’ll do some here with our trained physical therapists and personal trainers. But those will be slightly different using state of the art equipment, which decreases your healing time.
